Father's Day with the Man of Steel

I always struggle with knowing what to buy my husband for Father's Day. When I ask him what he wants he usually replies with something like "just a nice day as a family"  or "I don't need anything."  I, however, think that he deserves something that shows him just how much we love him since he is such a great Daddy to our two little boys.

I have to say that I think this year the Man of Steel tickets are going to win! Our three-year-old son is so into superheros. He plays superheros from the time he gets up until the time that he goes to bed. He dress up in one of his various superhero costumes as least once a day and runs around saving me or his little brother from various situations. He often asks me to play superheros with him, but I always end up not playing quite the way he likes, so he usually runs off to find Daddy who know just  the right way how to play superheros.  They could play superheros together for hours and watching them makes my heart burst with happiness. So when I saw that Walmart was selling tickets to a special pre-screening of the Man of Steel I knew this would make the perfect gift for my husband and the opportunity for some father/son bonding.

The best thing about this gift is that it is SO easy. The pre-screening tickets are available exclusively at Walmart. So all I have to do is drive 5 minutes to my Walmart store and go to the electronic section to buy my tickets to the June 13, 7PM screening. While I'm there I can pickup a Father's Day card and have the perfect Father's Day present all ready to go.

I think my boys are going to LOVE this!! Now I just need to find them some matching Superman t-shirts....
