I think one of the best parts of being a parent is seeing things through your child's eyes. Tonight Ben and I were lucky enough to get to experience seeing the circus through Drake's and Charlie's eyes.
Drake was so excited to go back to the circus again this year. He still talks about last years circus and he was hoping to see some of the same things again this year.
The show itself was a mixture of dancing horses, acrobats, clowns, elephants, stunts, dogs doing tricks, and super human powers. The show was about 2 hours with a 15 minute intermission. Drake and Charlie loved all of the acts but their faces lit up extra bright when there were animals involved. My favorite part was the awesome motorcycle stunts. I think I held my breath the whole time!
Ben and I had fun feeling like kids again and seeing the smiles on our boys faces as they watched the show was truly priceless. Thank you Wells Fargo Arena for treating us to a night of fun and memories.
And guess what? You still have a chance to make some circus memories of your own! The show is town until Sunday so you still have time to see it before it is gone!
