Tonight I had the chance to go on a date with my oldest son, Drake, to Disney on Ice. We have been looking forward to our date all week and I can't even tell you how many time he asked me today if it was time to go yet!
We arrived at Wells Fargo Arena early so we had time to look around at all the goodies (and buy a little treat) and find our seats. Our seats were wonderful, although I really think any seat in the house would be perfect to watch this show.
Drake loved the whole show. He sat in awe as the show kicked off and gradually relaxed as the show went on. By the end of the show he was singing along to the songs! The show held Drake's attention the whole time. I enjoyed myself asI saw some of my favorite childhood movies come to life on the ice. The first half of the show featured the Lion King, Little Mermaid and Lilo and Stich and lasted about 45 minutes. There was a 15 minute intermission and then the show wrapped up with Peter Pan and a fun and exciting finale featuring all the favorites! The whole show ran about 1 hour and 45 minutes and held Drake's attention the whole time. This show made the perfect pre-Thanksgiving date night for my son and I. Thanks Wells Fargo Arena for inviting us!
